RentLOG — rent & utility tracking for landlords

RentLOG

Rent & utilities, finally clear

Download on the App StoreAndroid coming soon

Everything in one place

Properties, leases, bills and meters. No spreadsheets that break, no notes on the fridge.

🏠

Properties & leases

Every lease with its rent, due date and deposit. See at a glance who has paid and who is late.

📊

Meters & utility costs

Enter a bill once and RentLOG splits it by meter, a fixed amount or a percentage. Rounded-up payments carry over to next month.

📈

Returns & Excel export

Yield per property, an income tax estimate, and all your data exported to Excel.

🔑

Tenant portal

Tenants see their own statements, payments and readings, so fewer "how much do I owe?" messages.

How it works

1

Add properties & leases

Enter the property, the tenant and the lease. Your first flat takes a few minutes.

2

Track meters & costs

Each month, add a reading or a bill. RentLOG handles the split, the statement and any carry-over.

3

At year end: returns & tax

A yearly summary of rent, costs and estimated tax, plus an Excel export whenever you need one.

Frequently asked questions

How much does RentLOG cost?+

Free for 1 property and up to 2 leases. Pro is €9.90/mo (unlimited properties, invoice uploads, email notifications, Excel export) and Business €24.90/mo (everything in Pro, extra landlords, OCR bill reading). See the Pricing page for details.

Can I export my data?+

Yes. The Excel export with properties, leases, costs and meters is included in Pro and Business — your data stays yours.

Am I locked in if I stop using it?+

No. You cancel a paid plan in the app; it runs to the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free. You can delete your account and its data at any time — the Support page explains how.

Do tenants see everything?+

No. Tenants only see their own portal with their own data — not your other properties or costs.

Is this tax advice?+

No. RentLOG keeps your records and does the arithmetic. The tax calculator gives an estimate; the final amount is set by FURS in its assessment. For unusual cases, ask a tax adviser.
